John is currently volunteering as the Transitional Director of the Guelph Tool Library as they prepare to hire an Executive Director in 2025. John’s passion is finding a new home for unwanted items or exploring how to share resources that often are overlooked or wasted. You will often find John at the Tool Library fixing broken tools or driving around town picking up donations.

Kim Logue
HR/Finance Consultant and Program Facilitator
Kim is facilitating the Living Better on Less For Seniors program. Kim is enthusiastic about projects relating to sustainability, circular economies and local food. She is creative and community minded with a diverse arts, culture and business background.

Steph Clarke
Community Engagement Manager
Steph has supported the GTL as a staff member and coordinator since 2017, and is thrilled to take on the role of Community Engagement Manager, overseeing the people, places, and things that make the Guelph Tool Library great!

Jennica Grimshaw
Volunteer Coordinator
Jennica joined the GTL under the Job Creation Partnership program in 2025 and is thrilled to be continuing on. She is excited to bring her diverse background in adult education and sustainable agriculture to help organize the lifeblood of the GTL– the volunteers!

Wendy Bauman
Living Better On Less
Wendy is thrilled to be a new addition to the Living Better On Less team, bringing with her a rich and diverse background shaped by a 30-year teaching career in Ontario as well as overseas in Asia and Africa. Recently retired, she has embraced this new chapter by channeling her energy into meaningful projects and community involvement. A long-time practitioner and teacher of Yoga and Buddhism, Wendy is deeply committed to mindful living and personal growth. She also volunteers at the Sunrise Therapeutic Riding Centre in Puslinch, where she enjoys helping others while spending time with horses. During her free time, Wendy enjoys an active lifestyle filled with canoeing, camping, hiking, and swimming, as well as quieter moments spent reading, connecting with family, and sharing coffee with friends.

Andreea Burlacu
Canada Summer Jobs – Library Assistant
Andreea recently graduated with an English degree from the University of Guelph with a minor in marketing. For much of her undergrad, she was the Arts & Culture Editor of the student newspaper The Ontarion. Andreea enjoys long walks on the beach, arts and crafts, and beginner ballet classes. She is excited to be a Tool Library Assistant this summer and especially looking forward to planning the volunteer picnic.
